The selected students will undergo a systematic Mentorial Programme where weekend offline and online sessions will be conducted by the experienced mentors while continuing their education from their Respective School until the students reach their UG course, preferably for the Bachelor of Administration and Governance (BAAG) Course at USTM. BAAG is a unique UG Course specially designed for UPSC aspirants to prepare for the examination simultaneously while pursuing their UG course so that without any loss of time they can crack the civil services examinations easily.

BA Administration and Governance (BAAG) is a Three-Year Residential Degree Program designed for students who aspire to prepare for competitive examinations like UPSC Civil Services. The Program will be offered under the Centre for Competitive Examinations, USTM. in association with Vision50 Academy. The main objective behind, on one hand, is to educate the targeted students in a particular subject and on the state to face UPSC and other competitive examinations just after completion of BA Course. A student can opt for any one optional subject either from Sociology, Political Science, History, Geography or Psychology and all other subjects are covered through four allied papers in each semester covering the latest UPSC syllabus. This will not only help the students in saving time and money but also make them up-to-date with the knowledge required for cracking civil service examinations during their regular course of study without any additional preparation or spending extra time.
